Star of my life

In a cool autumn night
I sat on a beach to look upon the stars
I saw the twinkle with dim light
I was left alone away from the crowd and cars

I heard the waves roar
Soft breeze brushed against my skin
I saw the sea gulls in the air soar
My heart wanted to invite them in

As they flew higher and higher
My thoughts scroll back to my goals
Hoping that I could be stronger
Achieving something to satisfy many souls

All my goals are sparkling
They lit up my life
Never am I mumbling and tumbling
For I must live my own life

When the moment I enter in pride
Truth has not been denied
Finding that all I experienced was like a ride
All these visions came from the star I had inside
